Ku Creatives is looking for a Software Engineer to help us improve internal workflows, build and maintain internal tools, and optimize how we use technology across the business. This role will work closely with the team to identify operational needs, develop practical technical solutions, and leverage AI-powered development tools to improve efficiency and streamline day-to-day processes.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable working independently, enjoys solving problems, and is excited about using AI and automation to build smarter and more efficient workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve internal tools, web applications, and business systems.
• Optimise internal workflows and operational processes through automation and technology.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools, such as Claude Code, to improve coding efficiency and development workflows.
• Identify repetitive or inefficient processes and develop practical solutions to automate them.
• Maintain and improve existing internal portals and systems to ensure they run smoothly.
• Integrate APIs and third-party tools to support internal workflows and business needs.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across internal systems and applications.
• Work closely with internal teams to understand their needs and translate them into practical technical solutions.
• Manage databases and maintain clean, reliable, and secure data systems.
• Use Git and modern development workflows to manage and maintain code.
• Continuously explore new AI tools and technologies that can improve internal operations and development processes.
• Document technical processes, workflows, and systems where needed.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business needs.

Kualifikasi

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Software Engineer, Full-Stack Developer, or similar role.
• Strong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or other relevant programming languages.
• Experience developing and maintaining web applications, internal tools, or business systems.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools, such as Claude Code.
• Familiarity with API integration, databases, Git, and modern software development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Able to work independently and adapt to changing business and operational needs.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Have own device/laptop
• Willing to work from office in South Jakarta
• Able to join immediately
