Assist in reviewing Letter of Credit (LC) documents and preparing the required documents for LC submission.

Assist in monitoring bank balances through internet banking platforms.

Prepare and organize banking-related documents for submission.

Scan, file, and maintain banking and financial documents.

Provide administrative support for daily Working Capital operations.

Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Working Capital team.

Kualifikasi

Final-year students (with no remaining classes) or fresh graduates from Finance or Accounting.

Strong administrative and organizational skills.

Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to work systematically.

Fast learner with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

Willing to commit to a 6-month internship program and work fully from office (Monday–Friday)
