Warehouse Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the effectiveness and efficiency day to day management of the warehouse operation.

• Responsible for managing and overseeing the entire warehouse operations flow from planning, ordering, inbound receiving, warehousing, through to sales order processing and delivery.

• To ensure timely and accurate sales order processing to external customers and product replenishment to consignment counters.

• To implement and maintain an effective system of internal controls and SOPs for the Warehouse functions.

• Responsible for working with the Regulatory team to ensure that the products are registered with the BPOM and all over label required for the products are ready in time.

• Manage any returns from customers and consignment counters.

• Oversee the Warehouse function to ensure that the inbound and outbound activities are completed within the agreed KPIs.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Degree in Logistic/Transportation, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Business Studies or related discipline.

• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in warehouse management, of which 3 years in managerial role in handling beauty products (skincare and/or cosmetic) is a must.

• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel

• Good command of both spoken and written English

• Willing to be placed at Kembangan, West Jakarta with full WFO arrangement
