Facilitate classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training.
Train teams on customer service, communication, and soft skills.
Develop training modules, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, and e-learning materials
Update training content based on operational changes and brand standards.
Measure training effectiveness using participant feedback, knowledge assessment
Prepare monthly and quarterly training reports.
Track training hours, completion rates, and compliance
Coordinate training schedules and logistics
Kualifikasi
Bachelor degree in general education or teaching
Preferred to have experience in training or teaching
Valid teaching certificate
Committed to providing excellent customer service
Excellent public speaking and communication
Good leadership
Fluent in English
Willing to travel all over Indonesia
