• Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content (social media, campaigns, internal and client projects)
• Handle end-to-end video production: pre-production, production, and post-production
• Collaborate with internal team and client teams to develop concepts
• Ensure all content aligns with brand identity and quality standards
• Manage video equipment and maintain production quality
• Work efficiently and creatively to deliver high-quality short-form videos that meet client goals
• Understand the client's needs and incorporate their feedback throughout the editing process
• Deliver the final product in the desired format and meet deadlines
• Stay updated with the latest video trends and editing techniques

Kualifikasi

Education and Experience

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Film, Multimedia, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a Videographer, Video Editor, or in a similar role
• Experience shooting and editing content for social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube

Technical Skills

• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro
• Able to operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment confidently on set
• Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics across different content formats

Work Style

• Detail-oriented and able to manage time well across multiple projects
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team, depending on the project
• High initiative and able to take a brief and run with it without needing constant direction

Practical Requirements

• Must have your own laptop that can handle video editing software
• Willing to work onsite at our Jakarta office
• Available to join within approximately 1 week
• Portfolio or showreel is a must and must be submitted with your application
