Conduct onboarding and mass training sessions for new drivers.

Deliver training materials in an engaging and effective manner.

Ensure drivers understand safety, service standards, and platform usage.

Coordinate with the operations team to schedule and manage training batches.

Evaluate training effectiveness and suggest improvements.

Kualifikasi

Min. 2 years of experience in mass training, preferably in ride-hailing/logistics industry.

Strong public speaking and facilitation skills.

Willing to work in the field and handle operational tasks as required.

Able to manage large training groups with confidence.

Nice to have: Able to use Canva or other design tools for basic training content/material.
