Telesales Officer

Deskripsi pekerjaan

Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers.

Follow up on sales leads provided by the company.

Explain product features, benefits, premiums, and payment methods to customers.

Update customer information accurately in the system.

Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team performance.

Kualifikasi

Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in any discipline.

At least 1 year of experience in Sales, Telesales, or Telemarketing.

Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasive selling skills.

Target-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Willing to work on-site (WFO) in Jakarta.

Available to join as soon as possible.
