Develop, maintain, and update technical documentation based on project requirements.

Create technical documents, including STS, SOP, BRD, DS, UAT, User Manuals, and other supporting documentation.

Collaborate with Developers, QA Engineers, UI/UX Designers, and other stakeholders to ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with system changes.

Translate technical information into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Create flowcharts, diagrams, and other visual materials to enhance the clarity of technical documentation.

Organize and maintain documentation repositories to ensure documents are well-structured, easily accessible, and properly version-controlled.

Kualifikasi

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Technical Writer for Bachelor's degree holders, or 3 years for Diploma degree holders.

Proficient in creating technical documentation, including Software Technical Specification (STS), Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Business Requirement Document (BRD), Design Specification (DS), User Acceptance Test (UAT), User Manual, and other related documents.

Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and user-friendly documentation for diverse audiences.

Proficient in documentation tools such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Visio, Confluence, or similar platforms.

Able to create flowcharts, diagrams, and other visual documentation to support technical materials.

Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of managing documentation efficiently.
