What You'll Be Doing

Get Things Done: Drive recruitment timelines with discipline and urgency to consistently meet manpower targets.

End-to-End Hiring: Own the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing top candidates.

Strategic Sourcing: Identify the most effective channels and build strong pipelines for recurring and critical roles.

Candidate Evaluation: Assess not just skills but also cultural fit and long-term potential to reduce mis-hires.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.

Candidate Experience: Deliver a smooth, engaging hiring journey that strengthens our employer brand.

Gentem Indonesia Lifelong Learning (GILL) Group's mission is to cultivate lifelong learning from an early age in order to increase the competitiveness of Indonesians. GILL delivers premium, efficacious learning outcomes through exclusive partnerships with world-leading content providers and is heavily technology-enabled under separately branded businesses - Wall Street English, Genstarkids, and INDIES (Independent International Education Solutions). GILL Group was established with the acquisition of the Wall Street English Indonesia business in 2016 and now has over 5,000 active members learning online and in-center across its 11 locations. Genstarkids was launched in October 2025 with the first studio in Bintaro and the second in Cikarang. INDIES was soft-launched in June 2024. GILL also provides IELTS test prep courses as well as business english courses (professional skills) to both retail and corporate customers. Our corporate customers include blue-chip multinational companies as well as large local conglomerates.
