Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Intern to join our HR team! If you’re passionate about people, psychology, and building strong employer brands while working in the exciting world of OTT platforms, this role is for you.
• Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews with candidates.
• Create and edit engaging content for employer branding initiatives on social media.
• Produce short videos to showcase company culture, recruitment events, and team highlights.
• Help organize and facilitate candidate interviews, including maintaining communication and follow-ups.
• Provide administrative support for the Talent Acquisition team, including managing databases and reports.

Kualifikasi
Must-Have Requirements:
• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a major in Psychology, Management, or other related fields.
• Tech-savvy and proficient in using online tools for recruitment, branding, and content creation.
• Active on and knowledgeable about social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic skills in content and video editing (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools).
• Passionate about HR, employer branding, and content creation.
