Support daily inventory and warehouse operations by maintaining inventory and Distribution Center (DC) dashboards and ensuring accurate stock data.
Monitor stock levels, identify overstock/understock, and support inventory optimization initiatives.
Assist with Transfer Order (TO) creation, processing, documentation, and inventory movement between locations.
Support delivery planning, route preparation, shipment tracking, and confirmation of delivery status.
Assist with loading/unloading checks, shipment quantity verification, and reporting of delivery issues or delays.
Maintain logistics documentation, vehicle records, and vendor/transporter databases.
Monitor vendor delivery performance and prepare basic operational reports and insights.
Coordinate with Inventory, Warehouse, Logistics, and other internal teams to support smooth daily supply chain operations.

Kualifikasi

Final-year student or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Management, or a related field.
Strong interest in supply chain, inventory, warehouse, or logistics operations.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets; experience with data dashboards is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Good communication, organization, and time management skills.
Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.
