- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, CV screening, initial interviews, interview coordination with users, candidate follow-up, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee databases and personnel administration, including employment contracts, employee letters, personal data, employee status changes, and other HR-related documents.
- Monitor attendance, leave, permits, overtime, and employee lateness, ensuring all records are accurate and properly updated in the HRIS system.
- Support payroll administration by preparing and validating salary data, allowances, incentives, deductions, and BPJS data.
- Assist in managing probation evaluations, performance reviews, promotions, transfers, resignations, and offboarding processes.
- Handle employee relations by responding to employee inquiries and following up on workplace concerns in accordance with company policies.
- Ensure the implementation of company policies, SOPs, and workplace discipline across all departments.
- Manage General Affairs activities, including office facilities, operational supplies, company assets, vendors, maintenance, and general administration.
- Monitor office cleanliness, security, facility conditions, and overall workplace readiness to support smooth daily operations.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external parties to support HR and operational requirements.
- Prepare periodic HRGA reports, including headcount, recruitment progress, attendance, employee data, asset records, and operational needs.
- Support manpower planning and operational needs for stores, warehouses, events, and freelance employees when required.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, General Affairs, or administrative roles.
- Fresh graduates with internship experience in HRGA are welcome to apply.
- Good understanding of HR administration, recruitment, attendance, payroll support, and employee documentation.
- Familiar with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Having knowledge of Indonesian employment regulations is a plus.
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to handle administrative tasks accurately.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Proactive, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks with deadlines.
- Willing to support General Affairs activities, including office facilities, assets, vendors, and operational needs.
