Soothe Operator is an early-stage consumer health OTC brand bringing trusted, formulated products to Indonesian consumers.
Our first products are currently undergoing regulatory approval. We're hiring ahead of launch because we believe strong brands are built long before products hit the shelves. As our Senior Brand & Marketing Associate, you'll help shape how consumers discover, experience, and connect with our brand from day one.
This role is for someone who enjoys building things from scratch, combining creativity with strategic thinking, and turning consumer insights into campaigns that create lasting brand impact. You'll work closely with the founders and cross-functional teams to bring new ideas to life while helping define the future of the brand.
Responsibilities:
- Brand & Marketing Strategy: Help define and execute the brand & marketing strategy, positioning, messaging, and identity across all consumer touchpoints.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional initiatives across online and offline channels.
- Content & Creative: Develop creative briefs and work closely with designers, content creators, and external partners to produce compelling brand assets.
- Consumer Insights: Conduct market research, analyze consumer behavior, and monitor competitors to identify growth opportunities and strengthen brand positioning.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Development, Regulatory, Sales, Growth, and Operations to ensure consistent brand execution and successful product launches.
- Performance Analysis: Track campaign performance, analyze key marketing metrics, and recommend improvements based on data and consumer insights.
- Brand Development: Continuously explore new ideas, partnerships, and initiatives that increase brand awareness, engagement, and long-term brand equity.

Kualifikasi
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Brand Management, Product Marketing, or a similar role, preferably within FMCG, healthcare, beauty, consumer goods, or a fast-growing startup.
- Skills: Strong understanding of brand & marketing strategy, campaign planning, consumer insights, storytelling, and project management. Comfortable working with marketing performance data and presenting recommendations.
- Mindset: Creative, proactive, and highly organized. Comfortable working in a fast-moving, early-stage environment where priorities evolve quickly. Enjoys taking ownership and building processes from the ground up.
- Communication: Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills with both internal teams and external partners.
- Languages: Indonesian native with working proficiency in English.
