• Create daily content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube for Madame Gie.
• Develop social media strategies to increase engagement rates for Madame Gie, Stacey, and MLT.
• Ensure all content, photoshoots, and social media activities for the brand and Madame Gie Squad run according to plan.
• Act as a gatekeeper to prevent a negative brand image on social media.
• Responsible for leading the photoshoot sessions for new product launches:Create moodboards for model and product photos.
• Coordinate with the technical team (photographer & videographer).
• Support the monthly e-commerce content campaigns.
• Assist with offline marketing activities for the brand (pop-up stores, events).

Kualifikasi

1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or communications.
2. Proven experience in managing high-engagement brand social media accounts.
3. Strong understanding of social media algorithms and both organic & paid content strategies.
4. Proficiency in using tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and social media listening tools.
5. Analytical skills to track performance and generate insightful reports.
6. Experience in managing online communities or working with influencers/KOLs.
7. Creative, proactive, and up-to-date with social media trends.
