About the Role:
As a Social Media Planner Intern, you'll support the planning and execution of social media content for one of Indonesia's leading futsal competitions. You'll work closely with the creative team to develop content plans, organize publishing schedules, and ensure our social media channels stay relevant, consistent, and engaging throughout the season. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sports, understands social media, and likes turning ideas into structured content plans.
What You'll Do:
- Plan and maintain the social media content calendar across all platforms.
- Develop content ideas based on league schedules, matchdays, players, clubs, and current trends.
- Coordinate with the creative, design, photo, and video teams to ensure content is delivered on time.
- Prepare content briefs and write captions for social media posts. Monitor content performance and provide concise weekly insights and recommendations. Stay up to date with social media trends, particularly in sports and digital content.
- Support campaign planning for tournaments, sponsors, and special events.
- Ensure all published content aligns with the competition's brand guidelines and communication style.
What We're Looking:
- For Undergraduate student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Strong interest in sports, especially futsal or football.
- Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube. Good organizational and planning skills. Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Available for at least 3 months.
- Willing to work on weekends or evenings during matchdays when required.
Nice to Have:
- Experience managing social media for an organization, club, campus activity, or personal project.
- Familiar with content planning tools such as Notion, Trello, or Meta Business Suite.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
- Knowledge of Indonesian futsal competitions, clubs, and players. Interest in sports marketing or digital media.
