- Analyzing business unit needs and its marketing objectives to create a comprehensive content strategy and setting business priorities for each function.
- Analyzing target audience behaviour and media habits to optimize the customer touch point strategy using a large range of media and maximize the impact of advertising campaigns.
- Conducting research and analysis related to trends and behaviors on social media using tools such as Google Analytics, etc., to create appropriate strategies and content.
- Keep up-to-date with the market, industry, and customer trends to the customer and nurture continuous improvement and innovation to to keep provide customer with relevant values.
- Maintain good relations and collaboration with internal and external parties to achieve the operational & business goals.
- Creating a social media implementation report, competitor analysis, and performance analysis, and creating an improvement strategy for the next campaign/activity/plan.
- Monitor social media activity performance, such as SEO and traffic metrics, to evaluate the effectiveness of the digital marketing strategy and determine the Return on Investment (ROI).
- Ensure that all company budgets related to social media activities are utilized effectively and efficiently to maximize output, maintain quality, and support overall marketing objectives.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing Communciation, Business Management, or related field.
- Min. 5 years in Social Media field. Proven 2 years in managerial position.
- Relevant knowledge in Beauty & Dermatology Industry.
