Execute end-to-end video production processes, including pre-production, shooting, editing, and post-production.

Upload and publish video content across KompasTV’s social media platforms.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of current news issues, trends, and SEO.
• Excellent public speaking skills.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Interest in journalism and news reporting.
• Ability to create and manage content across social media platforms.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital content strategies.
• Proficient in video editing using CapCut or similar applications, experience with Adobe Premiere is a plus.
