Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior UX Writer who can shape clear, consistent, and user-friendly product experiences through effective content. This role requires someone who can work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex user experience challenges.

Job Description:

1. Write and develop content in both Indonesian and English for web and mobile applications.
2. Simplify complex information into clear, intuitive, and user-friendly content.Create, develop, and maintain a consistent tone of voice across all digital products.
3. Contribute to solving end-to-end UX challenges, going beyond writing interface copy.
4. Collaborate closely with Product Designers, Product Owners, UX Researchers, Data Analysts, Engineers, and other relevant stakeholders.
5. Utilize user insights, analytics, research findings, and feedback to evaluate and continuously improve the product experience.
6. Gain a deep understanding of the product, users, market, product history, and relevant benchmarks before defining content solutions.
7. Ensure content quality and consistency while staying up to date with industry trends, evolving user behaviors, and emerging terminology.
8. Clearly communicate, discuss, and justify content decisions in a structured manner to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Kualifikasi

1. Minimum 3 years of experience as a UX Writer, Content Designer, Product Writer, or in a related role.
2. A strong portfolio showcasing UX writing work and relevant case studies, particularly those demonstrating contributions to improving user journeys or solving complex UX challenges.
3. Ability to clearly articulate design thinking, decision-making processes, collaboration approaches, and the impact of content solutions on the product.
4. Excellent UX writing skills in both Indonesian and English, with the ability to write naturally and contextually for different user scenarios.
5. Strong understanding of clarity-focused writing principles to ensure information and instructions are easy for users to understand.
6. Solid product thinking, design thinking, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
7. Experience developing and implementing a consistent tone of voice across large-scale web or mobile applications.
8. Ability to work independently and proactively identify product needs and gather contextual information.
9. Excellent communication, collaboration, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
10. Open to feedback, able to engage in constructive discussions, and committed to continuous learning and improvement.
11. Proficient with design and collaboration tools such as Figma, FigJam, or similar platforms.
12. Strong passion for writing with exceptional attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience creating or maintaining content guidelines or content design systems.
• Experience working on products with complex user journeys, business rules, or transactional processes.
• Understanding of localization practices and multilingual product development.
