Evaluate workflow to improve manpower productivity and service level.
Collaborate with supply chain & category team to resolve issues and set forecasts.
Ensure adherence to health, hygiene, security, and 5S standards.
Drive continuous improvement in inventory flow & accuracy.
Maintain daily inventory activities (manpower scheduling, inventory accuracy, inbound & outbound support).
Oversee inbound, picking, packing, and outbound execution.
Monitor picking accuracy, packing correctness, storage order, and loading readiness.
Ensure SOP and safety compliance in daily operations.
Lead and supervise team in daily warehouse activities.
Manage shift scheduling, attendance, and manpower allocation.
Kualifikasi
Minimum two years of supervisor level experience, ideally within commerce logistics or warehousing.
Proven experience handling inventory accuracy and flow.
Strong understanding of inventory management
Knowledge of warehouse operations (inbound, outbound, inventory control).
Understanding of health, safety, hygiene, and security standards (including 5S).
