Ensure inbound planning aligns with forecast demand, shelf life, and storage capacity.
Maintain product quality from receiving until storage (temperature control & handling).
Collaborate with cross-function teams for delivery scheduling & issue resolution.
Drive improvement in receiving speed, putaway efficiency, and shrinkage reduction.
Ensure compliance with cold chain, FIFO/FEFO implementation, and food safety standards.
Ensure discipline in SOP execution and safety compliance.
Monitor team productivity and accuracy.
Supervise daily inbound operations: receiving, checking, sorting, and putaway.
Verify quantity & quality of incoming goods (expiry date, freshness, damage, temperature).
Coordinate dock activities to ensure smooth unloading and minimize waiting time.
Handle inbound discrepancies (shortage, overage, damaged goods).
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and temperature compliance in inbound & storage areas.
Conduct daily reporting (volume received, issues, rejection rate, inbound SLA).
Kualifikasi
Minimum 2 years in Supervisor role, preferably fresh/cold chain environment.
Strong knowledge of fresh product handling and perishables.
Understanding of cold chain management & temperature control.
Knowledge of FEFO/FIFO, shrinkage control, and quality standards.
Familiarity with warehouse inbound processes & WMS.
