As a Senior Creative Designer Specialist, youβll play a key role in shaping our visual identity, crafting impactful content, and bringing fresh creativity to every campaign.
β¨ What Youβll Be Doing:
- Video Editing & Motion Graphics: Edit and produce high-quality video content (ads, promos, social media videos) with a focus on engagement and brand storytelling
- Create dynamic motion graphics to enhance video content and elevate the viewer experience, aligning with brand guidelines
- Develop animated assets for digital platforms, including banners, ads, and explainer videos.
- Color grade some videos if needed to beautify the look of the videos
- Videography: Conceptualize, shoot, and produce compelling video content for marketing campaigns, internal communications, and social media platforms
- Oversee the entire video production process, from pre-production to shooting and post-production
- Ensure that video content is optimized for various platforms and meets brand standards.
- UI/UX Design: Lead UI/UX design projects, creating user-centered designs that enhance user experiences across web, mobile, and app interfaces
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design intuitive, interactive interfaces that reflect brand identity.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive design concepts that effectively communicate the user journey.
- Creative Design Execution: Collaborate with the creative team to deliver high-quality design solutions for both digital and print mediums
- Create assets for social media, email templates, websites, landing pages, and banners
- Ensure timely delivery of creative work while maintaining high standards for design.
- Additional Creative Design Tasks: Design collateral materials such as brochures, presentations, and other marketing assets
- Support design needs across all teams, from branding to product packaging, creating a cohesive and visually appealing brand presence.
- Video Editing & Motion Graphics Produce 4β6 campaign-ready videos per month β edited, color-graded, and platform-optimized β with zero back-to-brief revisions after final Art Director review. Create motion graphic assets (banners, transitions, animated ads) that elevate campaign quality and align with brand guidelines without requiring rework.
- Videography Own the full video production pipeline end-to-end β from pre-production planning and on-location shooting to final post-production β delivering brand-standard footage that requires minimal Art Director intervention. Ensure all video content is optimized across platforms (social, digital, internal) from day one.
- UI/UX Design Deliver dev-handoff-ready wireframes and interactive prototypes for landing pages and digital interfaces. All designs must be validated with relevant stakeholders before moving to build β with clear user journey documentation and responsive thinking baked in from the start.
- Creative Execution (Multi-Format) Handle multi-format ad creative variations (1:1, 9:16, 16:9) independently across campaign, social, and collateral needs β maintaining consistent visual quality across all brands with on-time delivery, every time.
Kualifikasi
- Expert-level command of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and Final Cut Pro. No ramp-up time required β expected to execute from week one.
- Proven ability to context-switch between video editing, motion design, UI/UX, and print without quality drop. Portfolio must demonstrate competency across all disciplines, not just one.
- Internalizes brand guidelines quickly and maintains visual identity independently across all formats and channels β without requiring constant oversight or correction.
- Manages multiple concurrent projects autonomously. Self-prioritizes, hits deadlines, and flags blockers early. Does not need to be micromanaged on delivery.
- Thinking Designs with CTR and conversion in mind β understands hooks, visual hierarchy, and ad fatigue. Iterates on creative based on performance data, not just aesthetic preference.
- Nice to Have: 2D Animation & Motion Branding Familiarity with logo animations, transitions, and explainer animation via After Effects or equivalent. Valuable for brand elevation work and campaign launch assets.
