- Manage full-cycle accounting and GL, including journal entries, reconciliations, month-end/year-end closing, and balance sheet accounts in accordance with PSAK.
- Coordinate tax compliance with external tax agents, including PPh, PPN, and annual corporate tax filings.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for head office, including variance analysis and ad-hoc reporting.
- Lead finance support for internal and external audits, including documentation, reconciliations, and auditor queries.
- Drive process improvements and internal controls while ensuring compliance with regulatory and company requirements.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years of experience in the P2P lending/fintech industry.
- Proven experience in full-cycle accounting, GL management, tax coordination, financial reporting, and audit support.
- Proficient in Accurate and advanced Excel.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
- Brevet A/B or CPA is a plus.
