Manage and organize Director’s calendar, meetings, and appointments.
Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the Director.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Handle confidential documents and maintain proper filing systems.
Arrange business trips, including travel and accommodation.
Support daily administrative tasks and ensure efficient office operations.
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders professionally.
Kualifikasi
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any relevant field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Secretary, Personal Assistant to Director, or similar role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication skills with full professional proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
