Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop partnership opportunities with schools, universities, educational institutions, and communities.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with institutional partners.
Conduct outreach, arrange meetings, and present Gentem's education solutions.
Plan and execute school visits, seminars, workshops, education fairs, and partnership events.
Generate qualified leads through partnership activities.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Product teams to execute partnership initiatives.
Monitor partnership performance and prepare partnership activity reports.
Maintain partnership databases and ensure timely follow-up with prospective partners.
Support business growth by expanding Gentem's institutional partnership network.

Kualifikasi

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Partnership, Business Development, Institutional Relations, Event Management, Sales, or related fields.
Experience working with schools, universities, educational institutions, or communities is highly preferred.
Strong networking, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
Highly organized, proactive, and target-oriented.
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an advantage.

GILL Group was established with the acquisition of the Wall Street English Indonesia business in 2016 and now has over 5,000 active members learning online and in-center across its 11 locations. Genstarkids was launched in October 2025 with the first studio in Bintaro and the second in Cikarang. INDIES was soft-launched in June 2024. GILL also provides IELTS test prep courses as well as business english courses (professional skills) to both retail and corporate customers.
