Drive business growth by identifying opportunities, developing customer relationships, and expanding market coverage.
Lead and develop the sales team to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from opportunity identification to deal closure.
Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and principals to deliver business solutions and maximize customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
Minimum 4–5 years of experience in IT Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
Proven experience leading a sales team and managing sales performance.
Preferably have experience working in a System Integrator or IT Distributor company.
Strong customer relationship management, negotiation, and business development skills.
Proven experience in managing sales pipeline, forecasting, and achieving revenue targets.
