🎯 Qualifications
- Able to communicate in English (Chinese language is a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably textiles)
- Proficient in CRM/ERP systems
- Strong negotiation and client approaching skills
- Strategic mindset with leadership potential
- Willing to work onsite in Central Jakarta
Tanggung jawab
📈 Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain good relationships with B2B clients in the Home Textile sector, such as bag makers, sofa and furniture companies, mattress producers, interior shops, wholesalers, etc.
- Look for new market opportunities and understand current trends in non-clothing fabrics (upholstery, bedding, home décor, etc.).
- Visit clients regularly (vehicle provided) to understand their needs and offer suitable fabric solutions.
- Present samples, prepare quotations, and follow up until the order is confirmed.
- Work closely with production, QC, and warehouse teams to ensure orders are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Handle any customer issues or complaints professionally and coordinate solutions with internal departments.
- Prepare accurate weekly reports, sales forecasts, and market feedback.
- Help expand the client base and support sales strategies to increase market reach.
- Maintain confidentiality and act professionally in all business activities.
