Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement annual sales strategies and business plans.
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and strategic accounts.
- Identify market opportunities and competitive threats.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to drive business growth.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and management reports.
- Ensure effective execution of sales initiatives and customer engagement programs.
Kualifikasi
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management, or related fields.
- Master's Degree (MBA) is an advantage.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B Sales.
Minimum 2 years in a leadership role such as Sales Supervisor, Area Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, or Sales Manager.
Proven experience in one or more of the following industries:
- Medical Devices
- Healthcare Solutions
- Pharmaceutical Distribution
- Laboratory Equipment
- Healthcare Services
- Consumer Healthcare Products
- Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
