What You’ll Do
- Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to find prospects
- Handle assigned leads for Local Business Optimization
- Conduct initial discovery and qualification calls using approved scripts
- Explain product value, features, and outcomes clearly to local business owners
- Build trust through consultative and professional communication
- Update CRM, schedule follow-ups, and hand over qualified leads to Consultants
- Follow sales process, call flow, and response time standards

Kualifikasi
What We Need From You
- Minimum 1–3 years experience in sales, telesales, or consulting (experience selling to business owners is a plus)
- Willingness to learn
- Comfortable working with targets, KPIs, and performance reviews
- Able to use CRM tools and maintain accurate sales records
- Ready to grow from qualification-focused selling into closing responsibility
- Strong communication skills with a consultative mindset
