- Identify and develop new business opportunities for livestreaming, studio rental, production, and related services.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, events, cold outreach, and partnership opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with brands, agencies, production houses, creators, and business partners.Understand client needs and recommend suitable commercial solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentation decks, and sales pitches.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting, negotiation, closing, and account handover.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Coordinate with studio, production, finance, and operational teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Monitor sales pipeline, revenue forecast, project commercials, billing, and payment progress.
- Attend client meetings, networking events, productions, and industry events when required.

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Proven track record of achieving measurable sales targets.
- Strong sales, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable preparing proposals, commercial decks, and quotations.
- Commercially aware and confident working with sales targets, budgets, and margins.
- Proactive in generating leads and building new networks.
- Able to communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
- Organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple opportunities.
