Vidio is looking for a talented and motivated Sales & Business Development professional to join our growing team.

As a Sales & Business Development representative, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution and client satisfaction.

  1. Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  2. Generate new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
  3. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business pitches to introduce company services and solutions.
  4. Understand client needs and propose suitable business solutions to achieve sales targets.
  5. Negotiate commercial terms and manage the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and key stakeholders within the industry.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution and client satisfaction.
  8. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments, particularly within the social commerce landscape.
  9. Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and business development strategies on a regular basis.

Kualifikasi

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or related commercial roles.
  • Strong understanding of the social commerce industry, digital marketing ecosystem, and creator/influencer landscape.
  • Proven experience in conducting client pitches, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Existing network and strong contacts with brands, agencies, or relevant business partners is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Target-oriented with strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is a plus.
