Vidio is looking for a talented and motivated Sales & Business Development professional to join our growing team.
As a Sales & Business Development representative, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution and client satisfaction.
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business pitches to introduce company services and solutions.
- Understand client needs and propose suitable business solutions to achieve sales targets.
- Negotiate commercial terms and manage the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and key stakeholders within the industry.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution and client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments, particularly within the social commerce landscape.
- Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and business development strategies on a regular basis.

Kualifikasi
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or related commercial roles.
- Strong understanding of the social commerce industry, digital marketing ecosystem, and creator/influencer landscape.
- Proven experience in conducting client pitches, presentations, and negotiations.
- Existing network and strong contacts with brands, agencies, or relevant business partners is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented with strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is a plus.
