Analyze sales data and reports to identify trends, issues, and business opportunities.
Provide actionable recommendations to improve sales performance and operational efficiency.
Manage sales forecasting, target setting, and incentive calculations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvement initiatives.
Propose and monitor projects that support sales growth and business objectives.

Kualifikasi
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Planning, Sales Operations, Business Analysis, or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills with experience handling large datasets and performance reports.
Proven experience in project management and process improvement.
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; BI tools are a plus.
Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory, with confidence communicating with expatriates and senior stakeholders.
