What You’ll Be Doing
- Paid Media Strategy & Execution for Ecommerce Brands mainly in UK
- Plan and execute full-funnel campaigns across Google & Meta (prospecting → retargeting → retention)
- Build and manage multi-channel media plans aligned to revenue and ROAS targets
- Optimize campaigns to reduce CPA and scale revenue efficiently
- Own budget allocation across channels based on performance data
Technical & Engineering Focus
- Implement and maintain tracking infrastructure (GTM, pixels, conversion APIs)
- Work with product feeds (Google Merchant Center, Meta catalogs, Shopify integrations)
- Identify and build automation opportunities to reduce manual work
- Collaborate with engineering/product teams to turn workflows into scalable tools or features
Data & Performance Analysis
- Use data to drive decision-making across campaigns and channels
- Build and interpret reports using tools like Looker, GA, and platform dashboards
- Conduct structured testing (creative, audiences, landing pages)
- Translate insights into actionable growth strategies
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with creative teams on ad concepts and messaging
- Partner with technical teams on tracking and data accuracy
- Partner with product teams to improve internal tools (e.g., Leaf Grow)
- Contribute to improving Leaf’s cross-platform advertising methodology
Essential Criteria
- Based in Indonesia
- 5+ years experience in senior paid media / performance marketing role
- Building and executing full-funnel campaigns on Google & Meta
- Running paid media for eCommerce retail brands
