Key Responsibilities

Acquire new customers and manage existing accounts.
Achieve monthly sales targets through proactive sales activities.
Plan and execute customer visits with a strategic approach.
Maintain accurate and timely sales activities in the CRM system.
Collaborate with Technical, Warehouse, and Finance teams to deliver the best customer experience.

Kualifikasi

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Field Sales, Account Management, or Relationship Management (medical device industry is preferred).
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Experienced in using CRM or sales management systems.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Willing to be based in Pekanbaru, West Sumatra, East Java, or Bali.
