- Coordinates to user regarding job requirements and recruitment updates;
- Manage recruitment report;
- Conduct test to candidates;
- Arranging and scheduling interviews and other recruitment activities;
- Follow up candidates;
- Using data and analysis to measure the success of hiring efforts and find areas that need improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Major Psychology;
- Having hunter mentality;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Proficient in MS Office;
- Knowledge of technical and industry trends;
- Good in time management;
- Able to work in face paced environment
