Format and standardize candidate CVs.
Schedule interviews between candidates and users.
Prepare and administer offer letters.
Collect and verify new hire joining documents.
Support recruitment processes through administrative coordination.
Ensure all recruitment documentation is complete and properly filed.
Kualifikasi
Strong attention to detail and good administrative skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work full-time from the office (WFO).
- No ongoing classes or academic commitments that may affect full-time working hours.
- Previous internship experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR Administration is a plus.
- Available to join as soon as possible.
