Role & Responsibilities:

• Perform sampling, testing, and inspection of bulk products in compliance with approved procedures, specifications, and GMP standards.
• Ensure bulk products meet quality requirements prior to release to filling/packaging processes.
• Monitor in-process bulk quality to maintain product consistency and process compliance.
• Accurately record test results, maintain QC documentation, and ensure data integrity in all reports.
• Identify non-conforming products and support investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement, validation, and trial activities while ensuring adherence to safety, SOP, and quality systems.

QC Bulk Staff

As a QC Bulk, you will be based in Ciracas, East Jakarta, and collaborate closely with the Quality Control team and other related departments. This position is expected to join in June - July 2026. Please review the qualifications below.

1. Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, or related field.
2. Experience 1-2 years of experience in QC, preferably in cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or FMCG manufacturing..
3. Fresh graduates with min GPA 3,3 are welcome to apply
4. Good understanding of bulk product inspection and in-process quality control.
5. Familiar with testing parameters such as appearance, odor, pH, viscosity, hardness, and specific gravity.
6. Able to operate basic QC laboratory equipment (pH meter, viscometer, balance, etc.).
7. Understand sampling procedures, product specifications, and GMP/CPKB standards.
8. Detail-oriented with good communication skills and able to work under production timelines.
9. Willing to work in Shifting Hours
   Monday - Friday
   Morning Shift: 08.00 - 20.00
   Night Shif: 20.00 - 07.30
