Purchasing

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Communication, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Purchasing Officer or in a similar role.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Adaptable, proactive, and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Able to analyze procurement needs and manage the purchasing process efficiently.

Tanggung jawab

• Prepare purchasing plans and forecast material requirements.

• Source, evaluate, and manage supplier relationships.

• Negotiate pricing and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers.

• Ensure timely delivery of materials according to operational needs.

• Coordinate with Production, Quality Control (QC), and Administration teams regarding incoming materials.

• Prepare procurement reports and analyses to support business decision-making.
