- Input and update data, including shipment records and vendor databases.Organize, maintain, and archive Supply Chain administrative documents.
- Coordinate the dispatch and receipt of company documents.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, booking meeting rooms, and preparing Minutes of Meeting (MoM) when required.
- Manage and maintain records of returned and rejected goods, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up actions.

Kualifikasi
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, basic dashboard creation, and other advanced Excel formulas.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, disciplined, responsible, and proactive in carrying out daily tasks.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively and work proactively within a team environment.
