As our Property Manager, you have an important role for the company. You will get a lot of opportunities to meet new people. Responsibility

As a Liaison Officer to our clients, they will trust you to find and show them apartment units according to their need
Be an integral part in terms of communications between landlords and potential clients
Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints
Strong knowledge and application of sales techniques such as building rapport, negotiating, and closing the sale

Kualifikasi

Preferably experienced in the Property Industry
Fluent in English is required.
Required skills: negotiation, selling skills & positive attitude
Working Days: Weekends & Public Holidays (if needed)
Willingness to spend time out of the office or mobile working
Own a personal vehicle & active driving license (SIM A / SIM C)
