Pengelolaan Tim (Team Leadership)
Pengawasan & Pengendalian (Monitoring & Controlling)
Komunikasi & Pelaporan (Communication & Reporting)

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan :

Male/Female max 35 years old
Min Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Marketing, Business or any background education
Min 3 years experience in the same field
Expertise in Principal Company : Trade Marketing (General Trade, Modern Trade), Brand Marketing, Field Marketing, and Channel Pharmacy or FMCG
Experience in handling national team, min 200 people (more preferably)
Strong leadership, people skills, and ability to work as part of a team
Excellent project execution
Ability to multitask to meet deadlines and demonstrate a sense of urgency
Attention to detail and accuracy
Self-motivated and can-do attitude
English proficiency skill is a must
