Deskripsi pekerjaan

Merancang strategi dan mengimplementasikan proyek IT sesuai dengan anggaran dan timeline yang telah disepakati
Mengidentifikasi, menilai, dan memitigasi risiko terkait proyek untuk memastikan kelancaran pelaksanaan proyek IT
Mengembangkan, menyimpan, dan memelihara dokumentasi proyek secara detail dan sistematis
Menjalin koordinasi efektif antara semua pihak yang terlibat dalam proyek, termasuk tim internal dan eksternal seperti vendor
Mengawasi penggunaan anggaran dan sumber daya proyek agar efisien dan efektif
Memimpin & mengelola tim proyek IT, menetapkan tujuan, dan memastikan pencapaian hasil sesuai dengan standar kualitas yang ditetapkan
Melakukan komunikasi berkala dengan semua pemangku kepentingan, termasuk klien, untuk memastikan transparansi dan kepuasan
Menyiapkan dan menyajikan laporan kemajuan serta evaluasi pasca-proyek untuk mengidentifikasi pelajaran yang dapat dipetik dan rekomendasi perbaikan

Kualifikasi

Pendidikan minimal S1 bidang IT/Manajemen/terkait
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 5 tahun dalam manajemen proyek IT
Harus Memiliki latar belakang pengalaman di industri Multifinance
Kemampuan analitis dan manajemen proyek yang kuat, dengan pengetahuan mendalam tentang teknologi IT dan penguasaan alat manajemen proyek (misalnya Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, Jira)
Memiliki keterampilan komunikasi yang efektif, baik lisan maupun tulisan
Kemampuan interpersonal yang baik, termasuk kepemimpinan, adaptasi, dan pemecahan masalah secara kreatif
Pengalaman dalam metodologi pengembangan proyek, seperti Agile dan Waterfall, serta dalam manajemen risiko dan penyelesaian masalah
Memiliki sertifikasi profesional PMP menjadi nilai plus
