Lead end-to-end IT projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, resources, and project deliverables.
Coordinate cross-functional teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Identify and manage project risks, issues, changes, and stakeholder communications.
Ensure project governance, documentation, and vendor performance align with business objectives.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Informatics Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, IT Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or similar role.
Hands-on experience with Project Management Body of Knowledge, Projects IN Controlled Environments, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies in IT project delivery.
Experienced in managing end-to-end IT projects, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and SDLC execution.
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and delivering projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
