Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for banking products.

Gather, analyze, and prioritize business and customer requirements.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify product opportunities.

Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, operations, risk, and compliance teams to deliver high-quality product releases.

Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.

Prepare business cases, product requirement documents (PRD), and user stories.

Monitor product performance using KPIs and customer feedback to drive enhancements.

Ensure compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, and security standards.

Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production rollout activities.

Support go-to-market strategies, product training, and stakeholder communication.

Kualifikasi

Minimum 4 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst in the banking or financial services industry.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience managing banking products such as Digital Banking, Payments, Loans, Deposits, or Credit Cards.

Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodology.

Ability to gather business requirements, define product features, and create user stories or product documentation.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Business, Technology, Operations, and Compliance.

Familiarity with banking regulations and digital banking trends is an advantage.
