Procurement MRO Gen Consumables Intern

• Assist to request quotation from vendor (including PRE-PR)
• Conduct comparison from quotation that collected from vendor to create the best scenario to award with reasonable justification
• Assist in monitoring and processing purchase requests (PRs) into purchase orders (POs), if needed
• Assisting with vendor sourcing, if needed

Kualifikasi

• Undergraduate (active students) with NO CLASS TO ATTEND majoring in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or related fields from REPUTABLE UNIVERSITY.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Procurement-related experience is preferred.
• Familiar with Ms. Office, especially Ms. Excel (Pivot & Lookup) & Ms. Power Point
• Good communication skills, proactive, with high curiosity
• Willing to join for 6 months internship duration with COMMITMENT
• Available to fully work from office (WFO) in Sinarmas Land Plaza Sudirman, Central Jakarta.
• Available to join ASAP (August)
