• Support recurring procurement data reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Review procurement data and support process improvement initiatives.
• Assist procurement digitalization projects as needed.

Kualifikasi

Job Requirements:

• Final-year student (WITH NO ACTIVE CLASSES) or fresh graduate, majoring in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, IF, INDEX/MATCH, etc.).
• Working knowledge of SQL would be a plus.
• Experience with SAP (any module) or SAP S/4HANA would be an advantage.
• Comfortable working with details and handling large volumes of data.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Adaptable and able to manage different tasks as needed.
• Available to work full-time from office (Monday–Friday, 08.30–17.30).
• Available to commit to a 6-month internship.
