Lead executive and technical workshops to uncover customer pain points and identify the highest ROI AI and Generative AI use cases.
Architect customized, end-to-end AI solutions. This often involves designing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, embedding models, and multi-agent AI workflows using tools like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
Lead the technical components of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs), including creating architecture diagrams, pricing estimates, and Bills of Materials (BoQ).
Advise clients on model selection (e.g., proprietary vs. open source) and optimize AI inference, balancing performance metrics (like tokens per second and latency) with compute costs.
Ensure a seamless transition of the closed deal from pre-sales to the engineering and delivery teams by providing comprehensive documentation
Kualifikasi
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Presales Engineer, Solution Architect, or Technical Business Analyst, preferably focusing on Data Science, Cloud, or Artificial Intelligence solutions.
Gen AI & LLM Literacy: Strong conceptual understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures to translate them into concrete business solutions.
Technical Familiarity: Understanding the AI/ML ecosystem at a macro level, including the functionality of components such as Vector Databases, API Integration (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), and orchestration layers such as LangChain or LlamaIndex (coding is not required, but understanding how they work is essential).
Cloud & Infrastructure Awareness: Understanding the basic concepts of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) used for deploying AI applications, including estimating general compute (GPU/CPU) requirements for pricing purposes.
Consultative Selling & Discovery: Proficient in conducting discovery meetings with clients, exploring potential use cases (e.g., enterprise chatbots, automated reporting, knowledge management), and mapping the Return on Investment (ROI) of AI implementations.
Proposal & RFP Crafting: Experienced in drafting technical documents, business proposals, responding to RFP/RFI (Request for Proposal/Information) documents, and creating pricing models for software/AI projects.
Communication & Presentation: Impressive communication and presentation skills to bridge the gap between C-Level executives (business audience) and internal technical teams (System Analysts & ML Engineers).
