Kualifikasi

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Strong understanding of demand forecasting techniques and inventory management principles.
• Excellent data analysis and reporting skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective supply chain coordination.
