- Manage and organize daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for both personal and business purposes
- Support content shooting activities and assist in video editing for Chief of Sales (COS) social media purposes
- Schedule and arrange meetings, appointments, and conferences, while coordinating with relevant parties
- Assist in preparing meeting needs and logistics, such as creating Zoom meetings, preparing meeting rooms, arranging consumption, and ensuring meeting readiness
- Prepare various documents, reports, presentations, proposals, and engagement materialsPrepare meeting materials, reports, and Minutes of Meeting (MoM)
- Handle administrative tasks to support office operations and document filing
- Arrange and manage travel itineraries, including flight bookings, accommodation, and transportation arrangements

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 years experience as Executive Secretary / Personal AssistantAgile, multitasking, well organized, and trusted
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and office equipment.
- Fluent in English both oral and writtenHaving good interpersonal , communication skill, detail and service oriented
- Reliable. Possess a high level of discretion and is able to handle information with a high level of sensitivity
