As our Performance Marketing Intern, you'll work closely with the Social Media and Creative team to keep our ads campaigns supplied with fresh, high-performing content, and to help make sense of what's working. Your role will focus on:
- Plan & Produce Ad Creative (KVs): Design key visuals for Meta Ads using Canva and our existing brand templates, translating briefs from the media buyer into ready-to-run creative variants.
- Write Ad Copy: Draft headlines, primary text, and captions for ad creative, following Mamiru's brand voice.
- Support Creative Testing: Help produce multiple variants of each ad concept (different hooks, angles, formats) so the media buyer always has fresh content to test.
- Monitor Ads Performance: Track daily/weekly performance of live campaigns (CTR, CPM, spend pacing) and help flag anything that looks off before it becomes a bigger problem.
- Analyze & Report: Pull together simple performance summaries — what's working, what's not, and early ideas on why — to feed into weekly reviews with the media buyer.
- Optimize Based on Data: Learn to connect creative performance back to design choices, and help propose iterations on underperforming KVs rather than just producing new ones blindly.

Kualifikasi
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 1+ years of experience in social media marketing/ advertising and content creation
- Passion for marketing, social media trends, and digital storytelling
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms. Understanding of Meta Ads is a plus
- Strong attention to detail: accuracy in copy, consistency in brand visuals, and care in performance tracking
- Basic understanding of ad metrics (CTR, CPM, impressions) or willingness to learn quickly
- Enjoys working in a collaborative, creative environment
- Open to students currently completing their studies, with flexibility for class schedules
