We're looking for a creative, performance driven TikTok Account Operator to help scale our beauty brand through high converting short form content.
In this role, you'll be responsible for building TikTok accounts from the ground up and creating content that not only captures attention but also drives viewers into livestreams and converts them into customers. If you're obsessed with TikTok trends, understand consumer psychology, and know how to create videos that sell, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do:
- Build and grow brand-owned TikTok accounts from 0 to 1, including account positioning, content strategy, and day-to-day management.
- Own the end-to-end content creation process, from ideation and scripting to filming (also being a talent or doing voice over sometimes), editing, publishing, and optimization.
- Produce high-performing short-form videos designed to drive livestream traffic, increase product conversions, and support overall business growth.
- Transform product features and selling points into native TikTok content that feels authentic, engaging, and purchase-driven.
- Continuously test new content hooks, storytelling angles, video structures, and creative formats to improve watch time, click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate (CVR), and livestream entry rate.
- Analyze content performance and user behavior, identify winning creatives, and rapidly iterate based on data insights.
- Support internal content production and campaign shoots when needed.
- Stay on top of TikTok trends, creator content, and local beauty and fashion culture to quickly incorporate trending formats into performance content.

Kualifikasi
What We're Looking For:
- 1+ years of experience managing TikTok accounts or creating performance-driven short-form content. Experience growing accounts from scratch or producing viral videos is highly preferred. Please include your portfolio or account links with your application.
English proficiency sufficient for daily business communication.
- Strong understanding of TikTok's content ecosystem, recommendation algorithm, and consumer behavior.
- Proven ability to create content that drives measurable business outcomes, including follower growth, livestream traffic, engagement, and product conversion.
- Strong creative instincts with the ability to translate product benefits into compelling, scroll-stopping videos that encourage users to take action.
- Comfortable shooting on phones, directing content, and editing short-form videos independently.
- Data-driven mindset with experience optimizing creative performance based on key metrics such as CTR, CVR, watch time, and engagement.
- Strong awareness of social trends, internet culture, and local beauty and fashion trends, with the ability to quickly turn trends into conversion-focused content.
